1. Stable operation without noise;

Using Siemens PLC program automatic control, the trolley is connected with the loading and unloading cage and the sterilization retort at both ends without manual, automatic overlap, and automatic connection of the material basket, realizing fully intelligent automatic control and unmanned chemical factory;
4. The fully automatic middle push-pull system of the trolley can realize the material baskets can automatically enter and exit the sterilization retort, saving the transmission system in the sterilization retort;
5. Each unit adopts high-speed proximity switches to realize rapid response to signals and achieve accurate braking;
6. The host adopts advanced code scanner to scan and precise positioning of the sterilization retort;
7. Inductive braking; in an unsafe state, the fully automatic trolley cannot move. The movement system is equipped with a pneumatic brake device to effectively solve the problem of inertia, and is equipped with multi-stage speed changes to achieve rapid braking;
8. The lap end is equipped with a debugging operation box and simple operation buttons, which can switch between automatic and manual, and can be automatic or manual.
