1. Start the PLC control system, and the material basket will reach the end of the trolley from the cage loading machine through the transfer mechanism and the conveying line;
2. The trolley terminal receives the signal to start the conveying system on both sides, fill the material basket with the trolley frame to the designated position, and turn on the photoelectric light to the beam;
3. The mobile walking system of the host computer receives the signal to start, and uses the code scanner positioning system to accurately locate the position of the sterilizer;
4. Transmit the signal to the sterilization retort, the retort door will automatically open, start the material basket middle push-pull system (drag arm), the rear stop will stand up to push all the material baskets into the specified position of the barrel to send a signal, and the trailing arm exits the barrel;
5. On the contrary, drag the material basket out of the barrel to realize the functions of automatic in and out of the basket, loosening, and walking, and there is no one on site.
