The rotary water immersion retort is fit for the high viscosity products like breakfast porridge, evaporated milk or flavored milk etc. that packed in retort pouches or PP bottles.

1. When rotating and heating up, the heat quickly penetrates the product to achieve the required sterilization effect and F0 value;
2. The external supporting wheels are integrated with the cylinder support, and the retort body is equipped with a protective plate, which can extend the life and make repairs and maintenance more convenient;
3. The rotating body adopts forged rolling rings, and the whole body is treated with aging treatment to enhance toughness, plasticity, wear resistance and prolong service life;
4. After welding and assembling, the rotating body is processed and formed by a machining center at one time. After dynamic balancing, the concentricity of the axis and the rotating body is ensured during the rotation process, and the phenomenon of heavy rotation is avoided;
5. The automatic compression system uses cylinders to compress separately, and the entire cylinder is made of alloy, which solves the problems of inaccurate spring reset and the deformation of the cylinder seal under high temperature and high pressure.
6. Frequency conversion speed regulation, the user can adjust the rotation speed at any time according to the product characteristics;
7. Automatic positioning function to ensure that the cage is in a horizontal position after stopping, which is convenient for smooth docking with other supporting equipment;

1. Its working principle is similar to the double-layer water bath type sterilization retort, which uses direct heating, sterilization and cooling;
2. The hot water tank is heated before the shift to reach the set process temperature;
3. Put the product into the sterilization retort and close the retort door;
4. Turn on the balance device, and the sterilization process water in the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization retort through the water pump, and reaches the set level of the process;
5. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilization process water in the retort, the steam is injected through the water-steam mixer, and enters the cycle to heat up to the sterilization temperature set by the process;
6. In the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always on. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by the automatic valve switch to achieve stable temperature control;
7. After the sterilization phase is over, stop injecting steam into the retort;
8. The sterilization process water is pumped back to the hot water tank through a water pump, and stored for the next sterilization use, and the balance device is closed;
9. Inject cooling water into the sterilization retort through a cold water pump to cool the product in the retort.
