Water immersion retort autoclave with 2 tanks,using preheated water to rapidly heat products for short cycle time and better taste.
1.The sterilization process water is preheated in the upper tank, and the lower tank can be quickly filled with hot water during sterilization (<3min), products able to be heated up quickly so as to improve production efficiency;2.After the sterilization, the sterilization process water return to the upper tank for next batch to save water resources and steam heat energy, and reduce production costs;3.Utilize patented water-steam mixer heating water for high steam utilization rate and low noise;4.The newly designed liquid flow switching device has the sterilization process water continuously switch cyclic flow on the water, down, left and right, without dead corners, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at ±0.5°C;5.Negative pressure safety valve to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment;6.The whole process adopts PLC automatic control, and the formula is equipped with multi-level passwords, which eliminates the possibility of misoperation;7.Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation of workers and avoid accidents;8.After the equipment is restored from power failure, the program can automatically res.Application ProductsCustomer SiteKey words:- Water Immersion Retort

1. The hot water tank is heated before the shift to reach the process set temperature;2. Put the product into retort and close its door;3. Turn the balance device, and the sterilizing process water in the hot water tank is pumped into retort to reach the process setting liquid level;4. The circulating water pump used to circulate the sterilizing process water in retort, and the steam is injected through the water vapor mixer, and is heated into a cycle to heat up to a sterilization temperature set by the process;5. When entering the sterilization stage, the circulation pump is always in the open state. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled by the valve switch to achieve relatively stable temperature;6. After the sterilization phase is over, stop injecting steam into retort;7. The sterilizing process water is collected back to the hot water tank through water pump and stored for the next batch, the pressure balance system is turned off;8. Pump cooling water into retort to cool down the product in retort.
