    Steam retort autoclave directly use steam to sterilize products esp. Packed in tin cans like luncheon meat, canned fish, canned beans etc..

    1. The steam enters retort directly to sterilize the food at high temperature, which is simple and quick;
    2. Air driving device, sterilization without dead corners, heat distribution during sterilization stage is controlled within ±0.5℃;
    3. Negative pressure safety device to avoid negative pressure caused by manual misoperation and ensure equipment safety;
    4. After the equipment is restored from a power failure, the program will automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses;
    5. One-button operation, when the product enters retort and closes the door, press the sterilization button to complete the entire process;
    6. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation of workers and avoid accidents;
    7. Double safety valve and double pressure sensors control adopted to eliminate potential safety hazards;
    8. The whole process controlled by PLC, and a multi-level password set for sterilization process to prevent the possibility of misoperation.

  • There are two ways to drive cold air out of retort: by hot water or by  steam.
    1. Drive cold air by hot water

    (1) This way requires retort to be with a hot water tank;
    (2) Load products into retort, close the door, and pour hot water from the upper tank into retort through the water pump;
    (3) Hot water enters retort from its bottom and fills full of the entire chamber; 
    (4) Then steam is injected into the retort from its top to press the hot water back into the upper tank;
    (5) After hot water is recovered, steam injection at the top is changed to from the bottom of retort instead;
    (6) When the come-up stage starts, use a proportional valve to control the amount of steam injected into retort until the target sterilization temperature;
    (7) In the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in retort are accurately controlled through automatic valves;
    (8) Cooling water injected into retort through a cold water pump to cool down the product inside.
    2. Driving cold air by steam
    (1) Not requires hot water tank
    (2) The retort is filled full of steam from the bottom to remove the cold air ;
    (3) Proportional valve to control the injection of steam from the bottom, and open the large exhaust at the top to remove the cold air;
    (4) In come-up stage, the proportioinal valve control the steam amount to reach the set sterilization temperature;
    (5) In the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure in the kettle can be accurately controlled through automatic valves;
    (6) Cooling water is injected into retort through a cold water pump to cool down products inside.
