The retort loader and unloader system is also called the retort basket loading and unloading system, which realizes the automatic operation of loading and unloading retort basket (trays). The system is customized according to the product features and production line requirements, which greatly saves labor and improves production line efficiency.

The loader and unloader system is the guarantee for the continuous and efficient operation of the whole sterilization system. Its structure is mainly composed of automatic loader, automatic unloader, basket conveying line, basket turnover and hydraulic lift. When system starts working，the filled cans come to loader through the conveyor line and then will be automatically put into the basket by the loader; when the basket is full of filled cans, it will be automatically sent to the retort by basket conveyor line. After sterilization, the basket full of sterilized cans will be sent to the unloader by the basket conveyor line for discharging the cans layer by layer from the basket. The cans out of basket keep moving forward the conveyor to the packaging equipment for inspection and packaging by the conveyor line.
The system has large capacity, and its core components adopt imported brands to ensure its stable and reliable operation of the whole set of equipment.
The equipment is mainly used for operation of loading and unloading various tinplate tins, glass bottles and PE bottles for beverage and food before and after sterilization.
Features
1. The hydraulic lifting system adopts a two-stage scissor lifting platform, which avoids the shortcomings of traditional oil cylinders that need to make foundation in advance;
2. Adopted a pneumatic holding and clamping mechanism to avoid the falling down or dropping when transportation;
3. The suction of layer pads adopt the German FIPA vacuum system, the vacuum stable, and cyclic operation，fully automatic for unmanned operation;
4. The entire fully automatic load and unloader requires only one person to operate and one person to inspect;
5. The patented fully automatic servo loading and unloading system can easily reach capacity of 5 layers per minute, which is stable and efficient.
