Water spray retort autoclave designed into 3 modes of water spray for handling various containers of high temperature sterilization.
1. When rotating and heating up, the heat quickly penetrates the product to achieve the required sterilization effect and F0 value;
2. The external tug is integrated with the cylinder support, and the retort body is equipped with a protective plate, which can extend the life and make repairs and maintenance more convenient;
3. The rotating body adopts forged rolling rings, and the whole body is treated with aging treatment to enhance toughness, plasticity, wear resistance and prolong service life;
4. After welding and assembling, the rotating body is processed and formed by a machining center at one time. After dynamic balancing, the concentricity of the axis and the rotating body is ensured during the rotation process, and the phenomenon of heavy rotation is avoided;
5. The automatic compression system uses cylinders to compress separately, and the entire cylinder is made of alloy, which solves the problems of inaccurate spring reset and the deformation of the cylinder seal under high temperature and high pressure.
6. Frequency conversion speed regulation, the user can adjust the rotation speed at any time according to the product characteristics;

1. Its working principle is similar to spray sterilization retort, which uses indirect heating, sterilization and cooling;
2. Put the product into the sterilization retort and close the retort door;
3. Inject the sterilizing water of the set temperature from the hot water tank into the sterilization retort to reach the liquid level set by the process;
4. Use the circulating pump to circulate the sterilizing and softening water in the retort through the side of the heat exchanger;
5. After passing through the heat exchanger, the sterilizing water enters the sterilization retort in two ways, one is through the spray pipe in the retort, and the other is through the spray pipe in the cage;
6. At the same time, inject steam into the other side of the heat exchanger, and heat it to the sterilization temperature set by the process when the sterilization water circulates;
7. In the sterilization stage, the circulating pump is always on. When the temperature fluctuates, the steam volume is controlled through the membrane valve to achieve a relatively stable temperature;
8. After the sterilization phase is over, stop injecting steam into the other side of the heat exchanger;
9. Open the cold water valve and inject cooling water into the other side of the heat exchanger to realize the sterilization process water and product cooling in the retort. -
