How to Sterilize Vacuum Corn with Retort Automatically?
Vacuum corn autoamtic retort line designed and made by Z&P Steritech company, features at savign space, large capacity, great sterilization effect.
The line consists of automatic water immersion retort machine, automatic RGV shuttle trolley and automatic retort trays stacker and destacker which greatly enhance the working efficiency.
The whole piece of corn packaged in vacuum pouch first, then sent to loading area and put into each retort; when each stack of trays are full of unsterilized corns, they will be transported to retort machine by the RGV shuttle trolley. After sterilization, all the corns will be picked up by thr RGV trolley again and sent to unloading area. Thus the automatic sterilization process is done smoothly, no matter how large the yield it is.
