How to maintain the retort?
Bacteria are everywhere in life. Sterilization is particularly important.
Bacteria are everywhere in life. Sterilization is particularly important. The commonly used method of sterilization is high temperature, but due to the diffusion of air, the temperature will drop rapidly. Therefore, although ordinary high temperature sterilization methods have obvious effects, the bacteria that can be killed are not Not many, the emergence of the sterilization kettle has solved this problem very well.
Sterilizer not only has a wide range of applications in the food industry, but also often used in the pharmaceutical industry. The main structure of the sterilization kettle is the various components of the sterilization basket, the pot, the steam nozzle and the nozzles of different calibers. Of course, the opening device and the interlocking device are also indispensable. The lid of the sterilization kettle and the pot are connected by rubber. The rubber has good elasticity and long life. The use of rubber can make the two fit more closely and prevent heat loss. Using steam as a heating device can better increase the sterilization area.
How to maintain the retort?
The operating personnel used should undergo training and examinations, and strictly abide by the operating procedures and post responsibility system. Any abnormal phenomenon should be dealt with in time.
Equipped with pressure gauges, thermometers and other accessories, these accessories must be complete, sensitive and reliable, and should be maintained and inspected regularly during use.
The starting pressure of the equipment is equal to the design pressure, and it should be kept sensitive and reliable to prevent random adjustment. The accuracy grades of pressure gauges and thermometers are both 1.5, and the difference within the tolerance range is normal. The use of pressure gauges with lead-free seals is prohibited. The pressure gauge indicates that there is a malfunction, the scale is not clear, the dial is broken, the pointer does not return to zero after the pressure is relieved, and the lead seal is damaged, etc., should be replaced immediately. The thermometer should be checked regularly. It should be calibrated with a standard thermometer before use, and then calibrated once a year. If the mercury column breaks and the temperature difference exceeds 0.5°C, it should be repaired or replaced.
Regular inspections should be carried out, with at least one external inspection every six months and at least one inspection every year. The pre-inspection preparations and inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, and the inspection report shall be filed for the record.
