Features of steam sterilizer
Steam sterilizer; pressure can be set. When the set pressure is reached, heating stops.
Steam sterilization pot; characteristics
1. Steam sterilizer; pressure can be set. When the set pressure is reached, heating stops. When there is no water in the water tank, the water pump does not work and stops heating.
2. Steam sterilization pot; independent water and electricity chassis, easy maintenance, casters with brakes, easy to move.
3. It can be set to turn on regularly, turn off regularly, temperature and pressure, without being supervised.
4. Fully automatic operation. one-button start. Electronic automatic ignition. Opening and closing. Automatic water intake. Easy to use
Steam sterilizer; high-pressure steam sterilizer, commonly known as sterilizer, is a device for moist heat sterilization of culture medium (culture material). A small portable sterilizer or a medium-sized vertical sterilizer should be used to make the mother seed. When making original seeds, cultivated seeds or substituting clinker for cultivation, a large horizontal sterilization pot (sterilization cabinet) can be used. The correct use of the sterilization pot is the guarantee of safe production. 1) Add water to the sterilization pot. Except that some sterilization pots are equipped with dedicated steam supply boilers, other sterilization pots need to add an appropriate amount of water, and then steam is generated from the water. Therefore, you must pay attention to two points when adding water: one is the water quality, and the other is the amount of water. The water quality must not only be clean, but also use distilled or deionized water to avoid scaling after long-term use and affect the normal use of the equipment. The amount of water should be increased according to the instructions, avoiding too much or too little. 2) The loading volume of the sterilization pot In order to facilitate the smooth circulation of steam in the sterilization pot, each loading volume must be appropriate. It is generally recommended to leave 1/51/4 of the volume, which is economical and effective. Especially for bagged culture materials, a steam channel should be reserved to avoid affecting the sterilization effect. 3) When the exhaust temperature rises, close the sterilizer door and start to heat up. When the pressure in the pot reaches 0.04 MPa, the cold air in the pot should be completely discharged, otherwise the pressure and temperature cannot rise simultaneously, resulting in low temperature and high pressure, which will affect the sterilization effect.
