Precautions for the operation of high temperature sterilization pot

The high temperature sterilization pot has the advantages of good energy saving effect, high production efficiency, automatic temperature display control, wide adjustment range, high control accuracy, corrosion resistance, noise reduction, and convenient cleaning. It is widely used in food, fruit juice, pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage and other industries as an essential equipment for heating, cooling, heat preservation, sterilization, treatment or storage of liquids.
The high temperature sterilization pot has many advantages, but it must be operated strictly in accordance with the operation process, and must be operated safely during the operation. At least the following points should be paid attention to to ensure safety:
(1) The operation process index and higher working pressure, higher working temperature should be carefully adjusted.
(2) Pay attention to methods and steps during operation.
(3) Check items and locations during production and operation, and take preventive measures to prevent abnormal phenomena that may occur during operation.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to operate above the design pressure and temperature.
(5) Operators using high-temperature sterilization pots should undergo training and examinations, and strictly abide by the safety operation regulations and post responsibility system.
Precautions for maintenance of high temperature sterilization pot:
1. The steam inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe joints leak steam. When choosing a tight nut does not solve the problem, you should add or replace the packing.
2 When entering steam, open the steam inlet valve slowly until pressure is needed. The shut-off valve of the condensate outlet (if a trap is installed) should always be open; if there is no trap, the valve should be opened first until there is steam overflow and then the valve should be closed again to keep the degree of opening until a small amount of water vapor overflows.
3. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the user's own steam pressure.
4. When using the steam boiler, always pay attention to the change of steam pressure, and make timely adjustments through the steam inlet valve.
5. After stopping the air intake, open the straight mouth cock at the bottom of the pot and drain the remaining water.
