7. The entire sterilization process adopts PLC automatic linear control, and the temperature in the tank is controlled at ±0.2℃. Multi-level temperature control can ensure segmented control of heating, constant temperature and cooling, as well as powerful delay function. High-fidelity pressure simulation curve control can ensure pressure control during canning sterilization process, back pressure and special product sterilization process.

When using a fully automatic retort, you must pay attention to its operation steps to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment:
1. In order to avoid the reproduction of microorganisms, the time from product sealing to sterilization shall not exceed the rated time.
2. Before sterilization, the operator checks whether the initial temperature meets the low temperature specified in the sterilization process. If it meets the requirements, it will be sterilized normally; if it does not meet the requirements, the product must be heated to the specified low temperature, preheated for a certain period of time, and then sterilized.
3. When sterilizing, avoid mixing sterilized products and unsterilized products.
4. During the sterilization process, if there is a power outage, steam shutdown or other accidents, you can stop the sterilization and deal with it in time. After the accident is resolved, continue the sterilization or cool down and re-sterilize as required by the correction procedure according to the situation.
5. During the entire sterilization process, the operator must strictly abide by the sterilization process regulations, and carefully observe whether the temperature on the thermometer is the same as the temperature on the automatic recorder and the control screen.
